By founding Camper in Mallorca in 1975, Lorenzo Fluxa responded to the growing demand for shoes with new and fresh designs. Fluxa, who himself came from a family of shoemakers, used his knowledge of traditional craftsmanship as the basis for an extraordinary new brand. The shoes have always been designed in Inca, in the heart of Mallorca. Here, the young design team works alongside trained artisans to develop approximately 500 models per season.
